PAULA FITZGERALD BOOS
Paula brings to The Schultz Group the same values of respect, integrity,
professionalism and commitment to positive outcomes for clients and candidates.
She has worked with Sharon for over ten years, primarily on the candidate side,
providing research, recruiting and career development services.
With a foundation in successful sales for IBM for eight years, Paula moved into
outplacement counseling and career development 17 years ago. Beginning at Drake
Beam Morin and consulting for a number of regional outplacement firms, she has
built her practice on her passion to provide the best service possible and exceed
the expectations of the individuals and companies she serves.
Paula’s positive energy and extensive background in recruiting and career coaching
enable her to quickly understand what will be most productive for individuals and
companies as they prepare for and execute transitions. She has worked with
individuals at all levels, companies of all sizes and in most industries.
Paula recently completed a career-coaching contract at Microsoft and is currently
coaching Seattle University’s MBA students and graduates part time.
