SHARON SCHULTZ, President and Founder
Sharon founded The Schultz Group with a commitment to represent both client
companies and candidates with a high level of professionalism, respect and
honesty. Her definition of a successful search outcome is where both parties
are pleased with their decisions – years later!
For over 20 years, Sharon has placed IT professionals with PNW companies
in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. She draws upon her extensive
network in the IT and technology community to conduct searches for IT executives
and leaders.
Prior to founding The Schultz Group, Sharon worked for ten years at Milliman
and Robertson, a national consulting actuarial firm. She left to join a national
recruiting firm where she was responsible for recruiting IT professionals for
insurance and financial institutions. She later led the IT practice for a regional
recruiting firm.
Sharon is a Seattle native and graduated from the University of Washington with
majors in Mathematics and Sociology.
