Located in Kirkland, Washington, The Schultz Group has been in the people-search business since 1985. Our clients cross industry sectors and include established corporations, emerging companies, privately held companies, and not-for-profit organizations.

OUR TEAM

Initially assisting clients with all their technology staffing needs on both contingency and retained searches, The Schultz Group transitioned to a retained search services firm focused exclusively on executive and key employee hires. Outplacement and career development services were added to meet client and candidate needs.

With over 20 years developing relationships in the technology community, The Schultz Group is able to access their extensive industry network to deliver well-qualified candidates quickly.
