Our outplacement service is oriented to meet the needs of the client. Programs are customized to provide the maximum level of service most cost effectively.

Planning

Thoughtful planning for workforce reduction is the first, and often the most important, part of the process.

We can begin to partner with you here, and advise to help create the best project plan and tailor your services to fit your plan.

Programs

Often even senior professionals need a “coach” to help them apply process to career transition. Even if we are very successful in marketing, it is sometimes hard to apply those skills to self-marketing during transition. That is what we will help your employees do. There are three basic types of programs:

Executive
This is the extended, full service option that supports the individual through the entire process. One-on-one coaching is provided through successful transition.

Individual
This program supports the employee through the creation of effective marketing materials and plans, and through the execution of the plan with a limit on hours based on company and client needs.

Group / Blended
Programs for groups typically begin with a one or two day workshop in which learning is enhanced by the synergy of the group. This is most effectively delivered with some one-on-one follow up time for each individual.
