SEARCH PROCESS
When we conduct a retained search, we follow a tried-and-true process
in order to find the right person for a key position:
Position Profile
We work closely with our client to create an accurate description of the
position along with a detailed candidate profile. We become familiar with
our client's methods of operation, organizational structure, and culture.
We conduct in-depth discussions with each person who will have input
in the hiring process.
Research and Qualify
We use our broad network of professional and industry contacts as well as
researching targeted organizations to identify prospective candidates.
We conduct extensive interviews with potential candidates and perform
preliminary reference checks as an additional method of evaluating their
qualifications.
Present Candidates
We provide written overviews and resumes on those candidates most qualified
for the position. We also offer an employment assessment tool, which allows
the objective measurement of core competencies, behaviors and interests of final
candidates to further insure the right “job fit”.
Facilitate Offer
At this point our experience is very valuable to clients and candidates.
